Phase 1: Sales & Permits

This is the starting phase with the the pool process!
Devin is the guy for this phase, for he is our salesman! This process cannot begin until you purchase your pool! (You can choose any of our selections on lathampool.com). After you make your selection, it’s time to pull the permit!
*Note: every county is different when it comes to permits. Some take longer than others, so this process can take some patience — but it is so worth the wait!

Phase 2: Layout Pool

Next phase is laying out the pool! This is where you get to decide where you want to place your pool within your backyard. We’ll go measure out the space to see which layout idea will be the best fit. If you have any questions during this phase, call Devin!

Phase 3: Dig Pool & Drop

Next phase is to dig the hole & drop her in!
This is where it gets exciting! Clint is your guy to call when you’re ready for this phase! Once everything is good to go and lined up just right, that’s when we say ACTION!
*Note: This phase is heavily dependent on the weather. If we have bad weather, we have to reschedule dig day.

Phase 4: Inspections

Next phase is inspections. This part of the process is very important — for everything has to be just right before moving to the next step! If you have any questions, Devin or Clint are your guys to call!
*Note: during this process, some things are out of our control, as in the ball will be in the inspectors’ court! And once they shoot their shot, we’re ready to rock!

Phase 5: Electrical

Next phase is electrical. This is where we have our electrician come out to wire everything up that goes along with the pool! If you have any questions during this stage, Clint is your guy to call!

Phase 6: Concrete

Next phase is concrete! This is where we have our concrete guys come on out to pave the way! If you have any questions during this phase, give Clint a call!
*Note: Similar to Phase 3, this phase is heavily dependent on the weather as well. Has to be just right!

Phase 7: Pool School

Last phase is pool school with our service guy, Derrick! This phase happens once everything is finished & you’re looking upon your beautiful addition to your backyard! This phase is the most important for YOU, so take notes or a video of Derrick showing you how it’s done to take care of your brand new pool!
*Note: if you have any issues with your pool any time after installation, give Derrick a call, and he’ll be on his way as fast as he can!
